A graduate of the University of Baghdad, Dr. Amer Zeki Al-Juburi is a world-renowned dual specialist in urology and toxicology. He was recruited as a medical professional to the United States following groundbreaking research and patient evaluation during the Iraq Poison Grain Disaster, a mass methyl-mercury poisoning incident that began in late 1971.
Dr. Al-Juburi has been serving the Washington, DC, metro area population via private practice since 1990, following research and study engagements at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Rochester Medical Center, University of Cincinnati Medical Center, and University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
He and his wife Manal are the proud parents of three adult children and grandparents of five.
