Dr. Al-Juburi's last day seeing patients at the Fairfax location is October 30, 2026. The office will remain open through December 31, 2026 by appointment only to assist with administrative matters, billing questions, and medical records requests. The practice will close permanently at the end of December 2026.

Dr. Al-Juburi remains personally responsible for your records, which will be kept in secure storage for a minimum of six years from your last date of treatment. For minor patients, records are retained until the patient turns 18, or for six years from the last date of treatment, whichever is longer.
